The Client had purchased a penthouse apartment as a bare shell without any internal partitions. Their brief was for an interior architectural fit-out that accommodated 2 master bedroom suites each with their own sitting rooms, as well as main living and dining areas. Space undertook the interior architecture planning and interior design for this project.

In order to create a feeling of light and transparency part of the penthouse design included a mezzanine level at either end, connected by a glass and steel frame bridge which  extends over the foyer area to form a glass and luminous stone ceiling.
