Space were engaged to prepare resort Masterplanning and Concept Design proposals for a 300 room, entry-level 5 star resort on an undeveloped bay of Phu Quoc Island. Unusual for Vietnam, the site has a West-facing shoreline. To exploit this, all rooms have sea and sunset views, whilst prime facilities are positioned at the beach front.
