Our concept for this complex, comprised of a hotel, spa, holiday condominiums and marina was based on the idea of a series of boats, randomly moored along the perimeter of the site.  This imagery gave rise to the form and placement of the buildings themselves and enabled us to create a soft and gentle wave-like edge to the enclosed space, suggestive of the pace and quality of life desired at the marina.
