Under our associated firm SMC Consulting Engineers Space Architects were commissioned as sub-consultants to carry out the above ground architecture of Wang Burapha station and three ventilation buildings. On account of the line running through historic parts of Bangkok, including Chinatown and the heritage area of Rattanakosin  Island, we were also required to give special attention to heritage requirements along the route, and to preserve the facade of the Seng Chong shops as part of this station.
