Space Architects’ concept for this hotel, condominium and office complex is drawn from nature as a symbol of growth and renewal in the city. As cities flourish, they do so in almost an organic way, mimicking a living organism. Thus the main tower, comprising offices and a-140 room hotel is evocative of a flower with unfurling green leaves at the base (denoting the office zone) whilst the softer petal-like treatment of the storeys above mark the hotel accommodation. Adjacent to this structure is a further residential tower of 600 units designed as the trunk of a sapling. The two are joined by a podium base which continues the organic theme of earth.
